Silkwave Inc has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hong Kong-based SolsticeX Holdings Limited to launch strategic cooperation in the aerospace and satellite sectors. SolsticeX, an investment holding company active in the ASEAN market, specializes in multimedia broadcasting, satellite and wireless transmission, as well as aerospace technology, satellite manufacturing, ground operations, and data analysis.
The partnership aims to combine the two companies’ resources and expertise in satellite communications and aerospace technology to expand market opportunities, especially in ASEAN. Over the next 90 days, the parties will conduct exclusive consultations on business cooperation, market development, and financing arrangements in the satellite and space sectors, with Silkwave expecting the collaboration to benefit the company and its shareholders if the plans proceed as envisaged.
