Silkwave Inc has announced an extraordinary general meeting to be held in Hong Kong, where it will propose a share consolidation plan to its shareholders. The plan, conditional upon various approvals, includes consolidating every twenty existing shares into one new share, adjusting the share capital, and rounding down fractions resulting from the consolidation.
