Silk Logistics Holdings Ltd. (AU:SLH) has released an update.

Silk Logistics Holdings Ltd. has reported a change in the interests of director Brendan Boyd, who disposed of 277,244 unlisted options due to the lapse of their conditional rights as they did not meet the conditions. Boyd continues to hold 499,024 unlisted options expiring in June 2027, and through BBJJ Investments Pty Ltd , holds over 10.8 million fully paid ordinary shares and 890,462 unlisted options expiring in June 2028.
