Silicon Metals Revises Offering, Closes Initial Tranche

Silicon Metals Corp. has revised its non-brokered flow-through private placement terms and successfully closed an initial tranche, raising $294,645 through issuing 4,533,000 flow-through units. The company aims to raise up to $350,000 in total to fund exploration advancements in British Columbia. Finders’ fees and broker warrants have been issued in connection with this offering.
