Silex Systems Limited has announced that Susan Corlett will join its Board as an independent, non-executive director starting 22 November 2024, subject to election at the 2024 AGM, bringing extensive experience in mining finance, project development, and governance. Concurrently, Helen Cook will retire from the Board to concentrate on her nuclear legal advisory practice, after contributing significantly to the company’s SILEX laser-based uranium enrichment technology.
