SigmaRoc PLC has successfully finalized the acquisition of CRH’s Polish lime operations, marking the completion of the third and final purchase outlined in their November 2023 strategy. This acquisition includes CRH’s lime and limestone flour production, distribution network, and assets in Poland, positioning SigmaRoc to further enhance its European minerals portfolio. The company is known for strategically acquiring assets to form larger, more efficient groups within the sustainable economy sector.
