Sierra Grande Minerals Inc. has announced a significant repricing of their warrants, reducing the exercise price from CAD $0.30 to CAD $0.06 per share. This adjustment applies to over 13 million warrants issued during a private placement in April 2022. Additionally, the company has introduced an accelerated expiry provision that could shorten the exercise period to 30 days if the share price exceeds CAD $0.075 for ten consecutive trading days.
