Sidetrade SA has become the majority shareholder of SHS Viveon AG, a German credit risk management software company, by securing 79.39% ownership. Following the Munich Stock Exchange’s approval for delisting SHS Viveon AG, Sidetrade extended their tender offer to July 29, 2024, at a purchase price of €3.00 per share. Concurrently, Sidetrade has appointed new management for SHS Viveon, with Olivier Novasque as CEO and significant changes to its Supervisory Board.
