Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:6990) has released an update.

Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced the purchase of equipment from Kelun Precision, a related company, for approximately RMB 6.24 million. The transaction, which is in compliance with listing rules and does not require shareholder approval, was agreed upon at arm’s length with the consideration deemed fair and reasonable by the directors. The deal will be financed with the company’s internal resources.
