SICC Co., Ltd. has renewed its property leasing arrangements by having its wholly owned subsidiary Jining New Material sign a 2026 Property Leasing Agreement with related party Jining Weishite, under which the group will lease production and operation facilities from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 at a base monthly rent of RMB390,000 plus ancillary costs. As Jining Weishite is indirectly controlled by a brother of SICC’s chairman and controlling shareholder, the deal constitutes a continuing connected transaction under Hong Kong listing rules, triggering reporting, announcement and annual review requirements but remaining exempt from circular and independent shareholders’ approval, with the company emphasizing that the terms are on normal commercial terms and no less favourable than those offered by independent third parties.
