SIA Engineering Company Limited has announced the grant of over 2.3 million ordinary shares to employees under its Restricted Share Plan and Performance Share Plan, with the shares priced at S$2.45 each. Significant grants were made to top executives, including the CEO and CEO-Designate, with the final number of shares to be awarded based on performance targets met over one to three-year periods.
