Shutterstock, Inc. has appointed Jaime Teevan as a Class I director, with her term set to expire at the 2025 annual stockholders’ meeting. Teevan, the Chief Scientist at Microsoft and an accomplished AI researcher, brings a wealth of innovation and leadership experience to the board, particularly in areas like personalized search technology and responsible AI implementation. She will receive both cash and stock compensation for her role on the board, aligning with the company’s incentive plans, and will also be covered by an indemnification agreement.
