Shunten International (Holdings) Ltd. has announced that Mr. Liu Ying Shun has stepped down as an independent non-executive Director and chair of the nomination and remuneration committees, effective 1 October 2024, to focus on personal matters. He is succeeded by Mr. Lam Chik Shun Marcus, who brings over 20 years of financial industry experience, including a significant tenure with TPG Capital and a strategic role at Perennial Energy Holdings. The Board expressed its appreciation to Mr. Liu for his service and welcomed Mr. Lam, also highlighting his past achievements and qualifications in the finance sector.
