Shun Wo Group Holdings Ltd has announced a delay in dispatching its circular originally planned for 31 July 2024, pertaining to the proposed Share Consolidation as referenced in their prior announcement. The new dispatch date is extended to on or before 16 August 2024, due to the need for additional time to prepare certain required information. This notice comes directly from the Chairman of the Board, Wong Yan Hung.
