Shui On Land Forms Audit and Risk Committee

Shui On Land (HK:0272) has released an update.

Shui On Land Limited has established an Audit and Risk Committee, composed primarily of independent non-executive Directors, to oversee financial management and risk assessment. The committee, which includes at least one member with financial expertise as mandated by the Listing Rules, will convene biannually in alignment with Board meetings and hold additional sessions as needed. The committee also sets provisions for the exclusion of former auditing firm partners from membership for two years to ensure independence and objectivity.
