Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited has appointed Mr. Li Zeping as an independent non-executive director and a member of both the nomination and remuneration committees, effective from 24 September 2024. Bringing over a decade of experience in financial asset management and corporate governance, Mr. Li’s expertise is expected to enhance the company’s board performance and oversight. His director’s fee has been set at HK$35,000 per month, and he will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the company’s next annual general meeting.
