Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited has announced a change in its corporate structure with Mr. Wong Keith Shing Cheung resigning as the company secretary and authorized representative, to be replaced by Ms. Kong Ling Yan from 11 July 2024. Ms. Kong is a highly qualified professional with a background in law and corporate governance, as well as previous experience as the company’s secretary. The company has expressed gratitude to Mr. Wong for his service and welcomes Ms. Kong to her new role.
