Shougang Century Announces Share Transfer Deals

Shougang Concord Century Holding Ltd. (HK:0103) has released an update.

Shougang Century Holdings Limited has announced the signing of two Share Transfer Agreements with Redamancy.Z Holdings Limited, involving the sale of approximately 4.9% of the company’s issued shares at HK$0.863 per share. Post-transfer, Fair Union will retain a 41.20% stake, while Lyre Terrace Management will exit completely, ensuring the company still meets the minimum public float requirement. Investors are cautioned as the deal’s completion is subject to certain conditions which may introduce risks.
