Shiyue Daotian Group Co., Ltd has announced an ordinary final cash dividend of RMB 0.031 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at the rate of HKD 0.034 per share, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09935. The dividend is set to be paid on July 19, 2024, following a record date of June 17, 2024, with a withholding tax rate of 10% or 20% applied to individual shareholders depending on tax laws.
