Shinsho Corporation has announced a significant reshuffle of its top management, including changes to its representative directors and an updated executive structure aimed at responding more quickly to environmental changes and driving group growth. Current Representative Director and Senior Executive Officer Satoshi Nishimura will step down to become a director on April 1, 2026, while Executive Officer Yuji Mihara, a former Kobe Steel officer and current head of the Steel Unit within the Metals Division, is slated to become Representative Director and Senior Executive Officer following shareholder approval at the ordinary general meeting in late June 2026.
After the meeting, President and Representative Director Hironobu Takashita will remain at the helm, with Masahito Adachi and Mihara serving as Representative Directors and Senior Executive Officers overseeing key business units, alongside other senior executives assigned to corporate planning, new business promotion, and logistics. The revamped board will also feature an additional independent outside director and a reinforced Audit and Supervisory Committee structure, signaling a push for stronger governance and a leadership lineup aligned with Shinsho’s strategic priorities in metals and machinery trading.
