Shineroad International Approves New Agreements at EGM

Shineroad International Holdings Limited (HK:1587) has released an update.

Shineroad International Holdings Limited successfully passed all proposed resolutions at its Extraordinary General Meeting, held on December 27, 2024. The resolutions, which were supported by more than 50% of the independent shareholders, included approvals for new supply and purchase agreements. The meeting saw active participation, with 170 million shares eligible to vote, representing 25% of the company’s total shares.
