Shine Justice Ltd has reported a change in the interests of director Graham John Bradley, who has shifted from a direct to an indirect interest in the company’s securities. Bradley acquired an additional 99,772 fully paid ordinary shares through the vesting of rights under the company’s Non-executive Director Equity Plan, funded by the salary sacrifice of his director’s fees. Following the change, Bradley indirectly holds a total of 375,767 shares under a trustee arrangement.
