Shine Justice Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of its director, David Sutton Bayes, who has acquired 39,094 new entitlements to fully paid ordinary shares under the company’s Non-executive Director Equity Plan for the fiscal year ending June 2025. These rights represent the director’s fees and superannuation sacrificed, calculated based on the average share price over a specific period in June 2024. Following this grant, Bayes now holds a total of 38,312 FY24 NED Rights and 39,094 FY25 NED Rights, alongside 31,104 and 70,023 fully paid ordinary shares held indirectly through trusts.
