Shine Justice Director’s Interest Shifts

Shine Justice Ltd. (AU:SHJ) has released an update.

Shine Justice Ltd has announced a change in director Rodney Michael Douglas’s interest in the company, moving from direct to indirect holdings. Douglas acquired 95,781 fully paid ordinary shares by salary sacrificing his directors’ fees and superannuation, with no disposal of shares. Post-change, Douglas indirectly holds a total of 270,841 shares through Pacific Custodians Pty Limited as trustee for the company’s Non-executive Director Equity Plan.
