Shine Justice Ltd has reported a change in the director’s interest, with Rodney Michael Douglas acquiring 39,094 FY25 NED Rights under the Non-executive Director Equity Plan, calculated based on the sacrifice of director fees. No disposal of securities was made, and the rights were priced at an average of $0.7331 per share for the concerned period. Douglas’s post-transaction holdings include 95,781 FY24 NED Rights and a combined total of 293,893 ordinary shares through various trusts.
