Shine Justice Director Increases Equity Stake

Shine Justice Ltd. (AU:SHJ) has released an update.

Shine Justice Ltd. has disclosed that Director Teresa Mary Dyson has increased her stake in the company through the acquisition of 48,867 FY25 NED Rights, as part of the Non-executive Director Equity Plan, which are entitlements to acquire fully paid ordinary shares. The new rights were granted based on the sacrifice of director fees and superannuation, calculated using the average share price over a period in June 2024. There were no disposals reported, and the total holdings now include both FY24 and FY25 NED Rights along with 63,842 ordinary shares held indirectly.
