Shine Justice Ltd has reported a change in the holdings of director David Sutton Bayes, with a shift from direct to indirect interest in the company’s shares. The adjustment occurred as Bayes salary sacrificed a portion of his director fees to acquire 38,312 fully paid ordinary shares under the company’s Non-executive Director Equity Plan. Post-change, Bayes indirectly holds a total of 108,335 fully paid ordinary shares, with no securities disposed in the process.
