The adjustment occurred as Bayes salary sacrificed a portion of his director fees to acquire 38,312 fully paid ordinary shares under the company’s Non-executive Director Equity Plan. Post-change, Bayes indirectly holds a total of 108,335 fully paid ordinary shares, with no securities disposed in the process.
