Shine Justice Ltd announced a change in Director Teresa Mary Dyson’s interests, transitioning from direct to indirect holdings. Dyson acquired 47,890 fully paid ordinary shares through the company’s Non-executive Director Equity Plan, with her directors’ fees and superannuation salary sacrificed over the past year determining the amount of shares allocated. The shares were purchased at an average market price of $0.7301, and post-change, Dyson indirectly holds a total of 135,419 shares.
