Shimao Services Holdings Limited has announced that its Independent Non-executive Director, Mr. Gu Yunchang, was involved in a regulatory issue with Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd regarding director duties and internal controls. Despite this, the company’s board believes Mr. Gu is still suitable for his role at Shimao, as there were no findings of dishonesty or integrity issues. Mr. Gu has also committed to undergoing training to improve compliance with listing rules.
