Shimao Group Holdings Limited has announced the closure of its register of members from January 10 to January 15, 2025, in preparation for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on January 15. During this period, no share transfers will be registered, and shareholders must ensure their shares are registered by January 9 to be eligible to vote. The company plans to send out relevant documents to shareholders by December 30, 2024.
