Shimao Group Holdings Limited announces a board change, with Mr. Zhao Jun appointed as Executive Director from September 2024, replacing Ms. Tang Fei who is retiring. Mr. Zhao, with extensive experience in audit and risk management, has no relationships with the company’s key personnel and holds a minor share in a subsidiary. The company is also seeking a female director to achieve board diversity as required by the Listing Rules.
