Sheung Yue Group Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on August 1, 2024, in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements, the re-election of directors, and the re-appointment of auditors with the authority to fix their remuneration.
