Sheung Yue Group Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on August 1, 2024, in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements, the re-election of directors, and the re-appointment of auditors with the authority to fix their remuneration. Additionally, a special resolution will be considered to grant the directors broad powers to allot, issue, and deal with additional shares, including the sale or transfer of treasury shares, within specified limits.
