Shenzhen International Holdings has announced the appointment of Mr. Cai Xiaoping as a non-executive director and member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee effective from 26 July 2024. Mr. Cai brings extensive experience in corporate management and governance, having held director roles in various companies and governmental positions. Additionally, the company has disclosed changes in the composition of its Board Committees, welcoming new members and acknowledging those who have stepped down.
