Shenzhen International Holdings Limited has announced a Special General Meeting (SGM) on September 19, 2024, to discuss and vote on key resolutions related to the Jihe Expressway R&E Project contracts and a Deemed Disposal transaction. Shareholders are invited to approve several construction contracts with various parties and authorize the Board to implement these agreements. The meeting will also cover the extension of the validity period for the resolutions regarding the issuance and any actions necessary to effectuate the Deemed Disposal.
