Shenzhen International Holdings has announced the market value of their Scrip Shares, to be issued as a final dividend, at HK$6.612 each, based on the average closing price over five trading days. The final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023, will be HK$0.40 per share, with shareholders given the option to receive the dividend in cash, scrip shares, or a combination of both. Shareholders in certain U.S. states will only receive the dividend in cash due to legal considerations.
