Shenzhen Expressway Co. announces its Third Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for September 20, 2024, which will address key resolutions including the extension of A Shares issuance and the 2024-2026 Shareholders’ return plan. Key construction contracts for the Jihe Expressway reconstruction and expansion will also be examined. Shareholders registered by September 12 can appoint proxies and must complete necessary procedures to attend the EGM.
