Shenzhen Expressway Corporation Limited has announced the First Class Meeting 2024 for H Shareholders to be held in Shenzhen on September 20, 2024, immediately following the A Shareholders meeting. Shareholders registered by September 12, 2024, are eligible to attend after completing registration procedures, with the meeting set to focus on a special resolution regarding the extension of the A Shares issuance mandate.
