Shenzhen Expressway Co (HK:0548) has released an update.
Shenzhen Expressway Co. is extending the validity period for resolutions and the specific mandate concerning the issuance of A shares to selected targets by an additional 12 months, aiming to finalize the process by September 2025. This extension is due to the ongoing nature of the issuance work, which includes offering up to 654,231,097 A shares, with XTC Company planning to subscribe for RMB1.51 billion. Despite the extension, there are no significant changes to the original issuance proposal or to the A Share Subscription Agreement with XTC Company.
