Shenzhen Expressway Co. has announced the signing of multiple construction contracts for the Jihe Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project, after a standard bidding process. The expansion is expected to significantly enhance the company’s toll expressway assets, capacity and core business growth. Major transactions related to the contracts will require shareholder approval, with special general meetings scheduled to address the contractual agreements and related transactions.
