Shenzhen Expressway Corporation Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.55 per share for the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2023, with shareholders’ approval set for 25 June 2024. The dividend will be paid on 19 July 2024, following the book close period from 03 July to 09 July 2024. Non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders are subject to a 10% withholding tax, whereas Mainland domestic individual investors through stock connect schemes face a 20% rate.
