Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. has announced the nomination of candidates for its sixth session of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors, with appointments to be confirmed at the 2024 first extraordinary general meeting. The candidates, once approved, will serve terms according to company and national policy, with executive directors receiving remuneration and non-executive directors serving without pay. The nominated independent non-executive directors have confirmed their independence in accordance with the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
