At Shengfeng Development Limited’s Annual General Meeting in May 2024, shareholders voted to re-appoint Mr. Yongxu Liu, Mr. Zhiping Yang, Ms. Dan Liu, and Ms. Wen Li as directors, and appointed Ms. Qingyan Ye as a new director, all until the next annual meeting. Additionally, Marcum Asia CPAs LLP was re-appointed as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the prior year. The meeting saw a quorum with representation from both Class A and Class B shareholders.
