Shell (UK) (GB:SHEL) has released an update.

Shell plc has reported the buy-back of shares on September 18, 2024, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program, with Citigroup Global Markets Limited conducting the trades independently. A total of 770,000 shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and 819,500 shares on the Euronext Amsterdam (XAM), contributing to the company’s effort to reduce its share capital.
