Sheffield Resources Director Adjusts Equity Stake

Sheffield Resources Limited (AU:SFX) has released an update.

Sheffield Resources Limited Director, Bruce Griffin, has recently updated his stake in the company, resulting in a notable change in his interests. Following the exercise of vested performance rights and the lapse of others due to unmet conditions, Griffin now holds 2,149,631 Ordinary Shares and 629,120 Share Options, with no Performance Rights remaining. The adjustments in Griffin’s holdings were made with no monetary consideration and in accordance with the company’s short-term incentive plans approved in previous annual general meetings.
