At the recent Extraordinary General Meeting, Sheffield Green Ltd. shareholders approved the immediate appointment of RSM SG Assurance LLP as the company’s new auditors, following the resignation of the previous auditors, Deloitte & Touche LLP. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Kee Boo Chye, featured a polling process for resolutions and provided clarification on the auditors’ transition timeline.
