Shearwater Group PLC has announced the appointment of Jonathan Hall to its Board of Directors after a successful stint as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, replacing Adam Hurst who steps down today. Chairman David Williams has expressed his delight with Hall’s quick acclimatization to the role and also conveyed gratitude to Hurst for his contributions during his interim tenure. Shearwater Group, listed on London’s AIM, specializes in comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and aims to expand through a strategic buy and build approach.
