Shearwater Group PLC has appointed Jonathan Hall as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective from 28 August 2024, with a transition period following the departure of interim CFO Adam Hurst. Hall brings extensive financial leadership experience, including a significant tenure at Gfinity plc, and is expected to enhance shareholder returns. The company, listed on London’s AIM, specializes in comprehensive cybersecurity and managed security services.
