Shaver Shop Group Ltd. has announced its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on November 14, where shareholders will discuss the company’s financial reports, the re-election of Mr. Craig Mathieson as a Director, and a possible change of auditor from PricewaterhouseCoopers to Grant Thornton. Additionally, the meeting will address the adoption of the Remuneration Report and approval of securities issuance under the Executive Long Term Incentive Plan to CEO Mr. Cameron Fox, with certain voting exclusions applicable.
