The raised capital aims to bolster the company’s working capital, facilitating the growth of its sales pipeline and conversion to purchase orders. Each debenture unit consists of an $1,000 principal amount 8.0% unsecured debenture and 5,000 common share purchase warrants, enhancing the company’s financial flexibility for continued innovation in green technology.
