Shanshan Brand Management Co., Ltd. has announced the signing of a new lease agreement with Ningbo Yiduofu for a property to be used as a warehouse, workshop, and office, effective from 1 June 2024. The lease, valued at approximately RMB 7,500,000, will be recognized in the company’s financial statements in line with HKFRS 16 standards. This transaction is significant enough to require a formal announcement but does not necessitate shareholder approval.
